When I bought my ticket to space with Virgin Galacic I decided to hold a press event to announce the news and while planning for it I realized I had nothing to wear. My wardrobe has plenty of outdoor cloths but here I was – aiming for space, the final frontier and ultimate adventure made possible only by technical innovation and human determination but had nothing to emphasize the story. From that moment I wanted a jacket that would breath innovation, future and function. But in a subtle way. At the first glans the Galacic Jacket does not make much noise but you will soon realize that there is a lot more to be discovered – just like with space.

 

About the product general

The Galacic Jacket takes the regular and so popular liner down jacket to a new level. Lightweight and with insulation that works in both dry and damp climates. The original quilting gives it a truly unique personality that stands out but at the same time maintaining timeless style. Already a modern classic and boundless piece that you can wear all year around, an extra layer under a raincoat or as it is with a pair of tights or a fitted dress. As with space – the possibilities are endless.
